Bayshores is a scenic community with lots of trees and greenery. The townhomes were built in 1971. There are 160 townhomes in this complex. If you enjoy walking or jogging outdoors on a shaded lane this is the community for you! Walking paths throughout the community make outdoor exercise a comfortable and convenient experience. Bayshores buildings are a low maintenance stucco painted in crisp neutral tones. The shrubbery and landscaping throughout leaves the eye to appreciate the more subtle beauties of the community: trees. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and also recreation room.
Each property also has a covered parking spot with storage in addition to plenty of guest parking throughout the community.
Townhome Details
Townhomes in Bayshores come in either 2 bedroom, 1 bath or 3 bedroom, 2 bath floor plans. The square footage ranges from about 864 to 1,060. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze with sliders in the dining area leading straight to the private patio. Other features include a well-appointed kitchen with gas appliance hook-ups, interior laundry large enough for full size washer and dryer, and plenty of windows allowing for a gracious amount of natural light to filter into the property. The 3 bed floor plan includes a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. This would be perfect for an in-law suite, guest bedroom or office space.
Bayshores Townhomes Huntington Beach – Prices
Townhomes in this community have most recently sold in the $500,000 range. The last sale was a 3 bed, 1.5 bath with 1,048 square feet. It was a move-in ready upgraded end unit. It sold for $565,000 after just 11 days on the market. For sale prices will vary depending on square footage, bedrooms and upgrades.
Location
Bayshores has a fabulous and highly desirable location fit for any homeowner’s needs. Huntington Beach Hospital is only a couple of streets away. Additionally, Five Points Plaza with premiere shopping and dining is just a short drive from your front door as is the beach and downtown area. Bayshores Townhomes – Pros and Cons
Pros – The best feature are the upstairs townhomes with the large exterior decks! Indoor laundry hook ups are a big plus. In the middle of town, close to everything. Low HOA dues. End units have only one wall connected to neighbor.
Cons – No garages, just carports. The largest model is only 1,060 square feet.
