Broadmoor Condos is a desirable community with French inspired features. The covered archways, beautiful cobble stone pavers and huge lagoon waterway make these upscale condos a very desirable place to live.
Broadmoor was built in the early 1970’s and consist of 244 condos. The main entry point is guard gated 24 hours a day. The grounds have two additional exits. As a result it’s easy to leave on the harbour side or the Peters Landing Marina shopping center side of the complex. Parking is simple with designated guest spaces. Owners enjoy over sized 2 car garages.
Some of the condos are water front and have amazing views of two different channels. Therefore, you can literally sit in your living room, bedroom or balcony and watch boats as they pass by.
Amenities and other features of Broadmoor condos Huntington Beach include four bridges (for foot traffic) and well kept green belts. Additionally, there’s a large community pool and spa and also three tennis courts. There is also a private beach.
