Pros – The 2 car garages with direct access inside the units are very desirable. While this may be true, townhomes in this price range with 2 car garages are hard to find. Individual laundry rooms large enough for a side-by-side washer and dryer.
Cons – No driveways and no parking in front of your garage. Therefore, If you have several cars in your household parking may be hard to find.
