The Faire Rivage condos were built in 1989. There are 33 units on three different levels. The building looks well manicured and pleasing to the eyes. Even more the large greenbelt and huge swaying palm trees give the condos a tropical feel.
Gated parking is located underground. As a result, remote control access is required to enter the structure. The parking garage is designated with assigned space numbers and allows for residents and guests to park. There are secured storage units in the parking garage area to store bicycles and other medium sized objects. Mailboxes are located near the elevator.
Fair Rivage condos does not have a swimming pool. It does, however, feature a large outdoor spa and sunbathing area with ocean views.
Tile roofs, large modern windows and cool architecture make this building a true standout. Above all, the windows let in maximum light and ocean views.

Pros – The direct white water ocean views are breathtaking! For that reason, it is the best feature.
Cons – Parking for guests is hard to find during the summer.
