Harbour Pointe Condos – Community Features
The complex was built in 1984 and has 82 condominiums. The grounds are gated and require a key or remote control for entry. For the nature and outdoor enthusiast Harbour Pointe is an optimally located Huntington Beach condo. The Bolsa Chica Preserve and hiking trails are a short walk from the development. Also located nearby is Huntington Harbor, the beach, shopping and restaurants.
About 10 years ago the HOA did major updates in the development including new roofs, new garage doors, resurfacing sidewalks and pathways, new sliding glass doors, new pool and spa heaters, and new walkway lighting. This is now the “Tiara de la Pacifica.”
Throughout the development you’ll find mature foliage, fountains, and plenty of shade.
Condos in Harbour Pointe come in two basic options: 1 bed, 1 bath and 2 bed, 2 bath. Square footage ranges from about 687 to 766 square feet for the 1 bedroom and 885 to 1021 square feet for the 2 bedroom.
The architectural features are anything but cookie cutter with rounded rooms, vaulted ceilings and skylights in some units. The condos are single level, however, some of the units are on the second story and require stairs to get to the unit. Other features that you’ll find include a masterfully planned kitchen with great cabinet and counter space, fireplace in the living room and plenty of windows for natural ligh.
There are interior laundry closets fit for a stackable washer/dryer or side-by-side washer/dryer. The master suite has a private bath and walk-in closet, and a private balcony with storage closet. Some units have larger balconies and up to 2 patio/balcony areas with some of these accessible from the master suite.
The condos also have a 1 car garage and an assigned parking space making parking a breeze.
Harbour Pointe Condos – Prices
The most recent sale was a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with 881 square feet. It featured an open floor plan with a recently remodeled kitchen. The condo sold for $659,000.

Harbour Pointe Condos – Pros and Cons
Pros – Vaulted ceilings, 1 car garages, each unit has it’s own laundry hook ups, the condos show light and bright.
Cons – There are only two guest parking spots outside the gated community. Some condos have limited outdoor space. No central air conditioning.
