These townhomes offer an option of RV or boat parking within the community for an extra fee. This is a pet friendly community.

Homes in this community have several different floor plans. These range from either 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. They range in size from approximately 1,230 square feet to just over 1,600 square feet depending on the floor plan. These homes feature a family room with fireplace, formal dining area in kitchen and open kitchen with plenty of cabinet and pantry space. Additionally, the master suite has a private bath and walk-in closet. The guest bedrooms are good sized.
All of the Harbour townhomes in Huntington Beach are two-story with the living/entertaining areas being on the first floor and the bedrooms privately tucked away on the second floor. Each unit has a detached or attached 1 or 2 car garage accessible directly from a private enclosed patio area. This is in addition to an uncovered parking space right beside the garage. Cons – Freeway access is 5+ miles away. Guest permit parking is sometimes hard to find.
