Harbour Vista – Pros and Cons
Pros – The best feature are the corner units with over-sized patios and balconies. The outdoor space is especially nice with the peaceful streams and water features. Individual one car garages are a big bonus. Also, assigned parking spaces are nice because you will always have an open spot.
Cons – The condo being situated on leased land is a turn off for some people. When you add the monthly HOA fee and the monthly land lease fee, there is a hefty monthly payment between $754/mo to $811/mo.
