Old World Village is a condo complex with merchants, shops and the famous wiener dog races located in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.
Old World Village Condos – Community Features
The condos are designed just as it sounds. One look and you’re transported straight to a quaint village in Germany. Yet, only 10 minutes or so from the beach. Building materials used in the village include stucco and Spanish clay tile.
The community houses 53 units and was built in 1976-77. Each building is adorned with painted murals and framework around the windows. Brick pavers from a winding walkway through the community adds to the village ambiance. Old World Village features a restaurant, German deli and outdoor patio.

You will be hard pressed to find another property quite like Old World Village in Huntington Beach. The condos include a charming store front (commercial/retail) downstairs with a private condo upstairs.
