Guard shack attendants assist with the main entrance 7 days a week. Duties include vehicle access control, parking enforcement and patrolling the pools and also common areas. They are an integral part of the community. Their efforts help to maintain a good quality of living. This keeps property values at a high level.
There are lots of greenbelts and walking paths. There are built in streams, ponds and waterfalls. This is a pet friendly complex.
Townhomes, Condos and Villas Explained
Pacific Ranch condos is separated into two categories: The Pacific Ranch Villas and the Pacific Ranch Townhomes. There are 306 California style Bungalow Villas, in this case the word “Villas” is synonymous with condos. There are several different Villas models. These include (Avalon, Coronado, Mendocino, Pacifica, Carmel, Del Mar). Each model has unique floor plans and features. The Villas or Condos smallest unit is a 2 bed, 1.25 bath with approx 870 sq ft. Even more, the Villas have a really cool Avalon model carriage unit that is built over your own one car garage.
There are 252 Mission styled townhomes. This includes several different models with multiple floor plans. These include (Capri, Barcelona, Granada, Amalfi). The townhomes largest model is 4 bed, 4 bath with approx 2,800 sq ft. It is 3 stories and has a 3 car garage. Additional features that can be found in all plans are vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, single levels, multiple levels, laundry hook ups and large closet space. Some units have multiple patios and balconies. In most cases these tend to be on the larger side. Therefore, there’s enough room to BBQ or entertain with some privacy.

Parking is plentiful. Garages and carports are one of the nice features of this community. Being so close to the beach creates a lot of moisture in the air. It’s nice to park in a covered spot in the evenings so your car stays dry and clean.
Swimming Pools
Pacific Ranch Condos Huntington Beach features three separate community centers. Each center having a clubhouse, spa and pool. The north pool is a lap pool and heated year round. There is no smoking allowed in the pool area. Pool hours are Mon – Thurs 7am – 10pm and Fri/Sat from 7am – 12 midnight.

The Condos are located off Ranch Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. There are four entrances to the community. The main Pacific Ranch guard gate entrance is located off Yorktown Ave and Ranch Lane. Visitors must use this entrance. Residents have the option of entering from different parts of the community
