There are 160 condos throughout the Pier Pointe community. The condos were built in 1980. Each three story building accommodates 8 units. Also, each building has a common laundry room.

Community features include a large swimming pool and spa. There’s a well maintained tennis court and clubhouse. Additionally, lots of beautiful greenbelt areas with mature shade trees, outdoor seating and barbecue cookers.

The grounds are gated with two entrance points. Guests must enter at Main Street and use a call box. Residents enter using remote control access at either gate.

Residents have 1 car garages for parking and storage. If you’re lucky you may have an additional assigned parking space in front of your garage, so it’s convenient for parking two cars.

Pier Pointe condos Huntington Beach were built with one and two story floor plans. Some of the floor plans are single level with entries either on the top floor or ground floor. Other units are two stories with living space on the bottom floor and bedrooms above.

Condo Details

There are 1 and 2 bedroom models. Both models have open floor plans making them feel very spacious. Some of the interior features include vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and lofts. Some of these lofts provide extra storage space but do not have the height required for living space.

The 1 bedroom, 1 bath plan has square footage in the 700 range. Even more, the master bedroom and bathroom in the 1 bed units are large and accommodating.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom models comes in a variety of layouts with lots of closet space ranging from approx 1,050 – 1,250 sq ft.

Each unit, depending on whether you are up or down, has an outdoor balcony or patio area for enjoying outdoors. Above all, corner units within Pier Pointe condos tend to have wrap-around patios that may be a little larger in size.

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,064 square foot condo has most recently sold for $615,000. Likewise, a 1 bed, 1 bath 694 sq ft has sold for $495,000.

Location

Pier Pointe Condos is about a mile and a half to the Huntington Beach pier. So they are located at Shoreline Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Therefore, the location makes for a great bicycle ride to the downtown attractions and the beach. Schools, Albertson’s grocery store and the police station are close by.
