This is an informative blog about the Seaside Village Townhomes in Huntington Beach. I’ve been there many times and wanted to share my knowledge of the townhomes. This includes community features, prices, HOA, location, photos and also pros and cons.
Seaside Village Townhomes Huntington Beach – Community Features
Seaside Village is a private gated townhome community in the downtown area of Huntington Beach. The community consists of 268 townhomes and condos. They were built from 1980 – 1983. The townhomes are located on the water lagoon and the condos are located off the water in a nearby location within the community.
Most homes back up to a winding lagoon that twists throughout the community making for serene views from the open concept living/dining area and master suite. Not all units in this community are positioned on the lagoon. In fact, some of the homes are on the lagoon and others are situated in typical townhome fashion with small streets and greenbelts separating the homes. Nature is really the star of the show in this community with large and numerous windows throughout most units and large, private patio areas right on the lagoon.
The exterior of the townhomes are stucco with a clay Spanish tile roof. The amenities include a pool, spa, two lighted tennis and two full basketball courts, and also a community clubhouse. The tennis courts and basketball courts are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily and are reserved for residents and their guests.

Seaside Village Townhomes – Pros and Cons
Pros – The townhome backyards are waterfront, right on the lagoon. This makes for an excellent outdoor space to entertain guests or just relax and enjoy the outdoors. But there’s one thing that truly makes this a community: community events. Seaside Village hosts a number of community events throughout the year. The gated community is a big pro!
