Therefore, it is convenient to check the mail or take out the trash at any time of the day. Mailboxes are located on the first level of each building. Trash bins are strategically placed and hidden from view.

The main entrance is located off Warner Avenue. There are three additional entry points off Edwards Street. Automobiles use remote control access. Pedestrians must enter using a key or a call box. Parking spaces and covered parking (carports) are designated throughout the community by space number. Each homeowner may be designated up to two spaces.

This complex offers a resort-like swimming pool and spa area. There’s a community clubhouse, lounge, kitchen, gym room and also game room with pool table. Also, the clubhouse and gym have recently gone through a remodel. There are common laundry facilities. This is a pet friendly community.

There are 1 and 2 bedroom models. The one bed, one bath floor plan is in the 750 square foot range. The layout makes the home feel larger than it actually is. The two bed, two bath model is laid out nicely with approx 1,110 sq ft. These condos have lots of closet space and large bedrooms. Some additional features include fireplaces and oversized patios and balconies. Whether it’s a dual balcony or single patio there is plenty of outdoor space. Additionally, there’s room to BBQ or hang out and entertain guests.
