Weatherly Bay is a community of upscale Huntington Beach Townhomes. Many of which have water views either from the back door or just across the street. The community is not gated but rather secluded by itself and backs up to the harbor.
The townhomes were built in 1965 and are located in a prime location. There are a total of 98 homes in this community. Many of the homes back right up to the Huntington Harbor and include a private boat slip that is right off the back patio area.
On site amenities include a tennis court, a swimming pool and children’s 1′ deep pool, picnic area and boat docks. There is also a greenbelt area that is perfect for allowing your pet to run and play. This is a pet friendly community.
